Inner darkness (Pondering to Know Self)

Inner darkness
(introduction)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

Inner darkness is the shadows behind the corrupted side of the heart, and it is the face of profound and deep known self-truth for which we are on the edge of between the awareness and ignorance , what I'm trying to unveil is the negative feeling that's pop up in our hearts not in our mind(in what I believe, ) that what we knowingly or unknowingly always pushing not be conscious about it,
The inspiration of writing or converting my feeling into words that's comes from the great saying of the best of creation once He said “Truly in the body there is a morsel of flesh which, if it be sound, all the body is sound and which, if it be diseased, all of it is diseased. Truly it is the heart.”
‎What I'm here focusing on to show my view on the corrupted part or side of the heart which I've seen.
‎the Lord has given me a gift of knowing some part of inner darkness, which I believe to share to make it strong.
‎To express or convey my feeling I chose very simplistic form in terms of language, because, I believe in Transferring wisdom from heart to heart not just passing information from One mind to another, It's my opinion that by sharing just information does not create the same feelings that the orator has, it's another topic that sharing information has positive side also, but apart from that my side of view is different, by the way, the, why we have to look at just negative side of what I believe inner self? Because by knowing what's going in our most important part of our existence that has to be caliber, for overcoming these negative chaos, we have to know the face of the inner darkness then it's easy to be fight or do struggle with it, we have to take this very seriously Because once The door of knowledge has said this  “The disease of the heart is worse than the disease of the body.”
‎The first steps towards the cure are to have the knowledge of the disease, The saying of the best of creation is our base to discuss further, about the hadith,
‎one of the great scholars has commented ( "Al-Nawawi said: “This hadith was used as proof that the seat of the mind is the heart (al-ʿaql fi al-qalb) and not the head.”).
‎all the etiquette of heart is in spiritual circumstances not in metaphysical view, we have to make it clear to ourselves that the heart is center of spiritual body(soul -in modern language the psychological perspective of the human body) and our mind is the center of our physical body, where our focus is on the spiritual being because the pieces of Bones and flesh cannot possibly find the truth, and science has to admit this, there are great poetic lines of Allama Iqbal on this,
‎ he says "If you do not get much disturbed, to you this truth I may unroll
That man, Godʹs image, on the earth is neither frame of clay nor soul".

The creator installed in us the curiosity to know the truth, it is in our instinct that we cannot possibly deny in any form whether you are a believer or not.
My intention to convey this knowledge is, once one of ustaad (teacher) told me this "Fix your heart, and your heart will fix your mind, and your mind will fix your tongue, and your tongue will fix your life, and your life will fix your aakhirah",

I don't know from where he got this but it touches my heart, from there I've put myself on the study of inner engineering, And I want to share my journey of discovering the self, I've divided my journey into some points that should be understood and ponder one by one,
It is the first step of knowledge to understand or to know self.
Therefore as An-Nawawi (rahimahu-Allah), explained in al-Majmuʿa “as for the knowledge of the heart, it is knowing the diseases of the heart, such as envy, conceit and the like.” Imam al-Ghazali (rahimahu-Allah) said: “Knowing the definition of these diseases, their causes and their cures, and remedies how to fix them, is personally obligatory (fard ʿayn) on every Muslim(believer).”

It is to realize what is going on in your heart (your passing thoughts, your rationalizations, excuses, plans) and how to cure oneself from (any of) those diseases. And he continues: "If he is not safe from these diseases, he looks if he is able to purify his heart without learning such things.
And if so - he is obliged to purify himself. Just as he is obliged to leave off fornication(haraam relationship), and other sins without learning the proofs of doing so.
With all these awareness the consequences should be, what our Creator wants from us, we have to return to him with the clean heart as he said in the Quran ( 26:89
But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart." )

may Allah make ease for understanding this...
